What type of support can be provided?
Using our remote computer service, we
can:

- install and configure antivirus
software
- remove viruses, adware and
spyware
- install new software and provide
training
- set up wireless networks
If you are having
problems with your Internet connection or your computer has a hardware malfunction, we
will have to either schedule a service call or bring your computer into
the shop.

What
computers are supported?
We can support Windows 98 computers and anything newer. A
broadband connection is preferable. We can access your computer
over a dialup connection, but it is significantly slower. |

How long does it take? |
|
It depends on the problem, but many can be solved in
30-45 minutes. Sometimes it takes even less time than that. |

What is the cost? |
|
After the Free diagnosis is made, we charge $25
for each 15 minute increment of remote support. You may
purchase remote support time at discounted rates. If you don't
use all your minutes, they will be saved in your account for future
use.

Security |
|
Because you are the one who initiates the support
session, you are in complete control. When the session is
over, we cannot get back into your computer unless you call to
create another session. We use a 128-bit encrypted secure
connection, like your bank uses, so it is not possible for anyone
else to see what is happening.
